FIRE ON HARVEL AVENUE

Sunday morning Brittney Keller awoke to the smell of smoke coming from the rear of her family home at 711 Harvel Avenue. Brittney's parents Tina and Tommy Keller and her three siblings were gone at the time of the fire. Haleyville Firemen quickly responded to the call and with the added manpower

of Delmar Fire Department extinguished the fire.There was an electric space heater operating at the rear of the house. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The home and its contents were destroyed by the blaze along with the family dog and a new litter of puppies.
